a. Mr K Kitchener: It was agreed to pass Mr Kitcheners plan onto Cllr Clarkson to approach A.B.C with his proposal.
Information reported:
1. Re advertising on the roundabout the Chairman would contact The Floral Madam regarding the wording and sponsorship. 2. The Clerk will contact A.B.C regarding the application for 2 Shaw Cottages as the decision date had elapsed. 3. Concerns had been raised regarding the woodland in Chapel Wood. 4. Concerns have been raised regarding the placing of a stile on the PWOW by the Windmill walkers with pushchairs and disabled people were unable to pass along the PWOW. The clerk will contact PWOW. 5. The Clerk will contact planning re to see if permission is required for the new play equipment. 6. The Clerk will contact Jennie Wickenden re SV antiques sign for an update. 7. Articulated lorries were being diverted through Ashford Road while using sat nav systems this was causing problems with them turning into the High Street. 8. Complaints have been received regarding the litter in Pig Alley and the rubbish bin overflowing in the Queens Head Car Park. The Clerk will write to the publican. 9. Concerns have been raised to work being carried out by Bournes the clerk will contact KCC and A.B.C.
